What is it?

Core Cross Train Kickbox is a core centered kickbox workout. This DVD contains 5 different workouts from 13-26 minutes each.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to focus on their core and form. Patricia Moreno is fantastic at reminding you to brace your core and you will be sore the next day if you listen:)

What to expect:

This workout combines the high intensity and fat burning capacity of kickboxing with an emphasis on the body's core. A stronger core will not only strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles, but ensure a safer and more effective kickboxing experience. There is a punching, kicking, core energizing, combination and toning/stretch section. The cueing is great and the choreography is minimal. No fancy dance moves here, just straight forward, easy to learn kickbox! Try it, I know you'll love it like I do:)

Just purchased the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and Workout: One-On-One Training with Jackie. I hope I stick to them...I get eaily bored with videos I'd much rather be in a gym or in a class. I especially miss my Boxing Club membership and training with Gus. This Kick Boxing video sounds like it could be fun :)

Will this keep my butt from getting flat?? Why do all women over a certain age have flat butts???
