Workouts in Review- S.W.A.T. Extreme Weight Loss

Okay, so I never thought I would suggest an infomercial workout but here I go! I had seen a lot of positive reviews for these workouts on my fitness forums so I added them to my Netflix Queue. I was very surprised how much I enjoyed these workouts. I actually purchased them as soon as I finished using them for the first time. They are both sweet and to the point and they definitely got the job done!

Who is it for?

Both of these DVD's would be useful for anyone who considers themselves an advanced beginner up to advanced intermediate. Tom tells you how to easily modify all of the moves.

What to expect?

Tom Stroup, aka "Commander Tom" is a real S.W.A.T. Commander with the Orange County Sherrif Department and has over 23 years of training experience. Tom is a no nonsense instructor and he's great at what he does.

Extreme Weight Loss and Fat Burning is a high energy 45-minute workout filled with fun drills to get your heart pumping. There is also a bonus 6-minute ab section that rocks! The moves are basic but not boring so you don't have to be a dancer to keep up.

Ultimate Body Definition is a 30-minute total body workout with a 10-minute cardio blast at the end. This is a great workout to tone all of your major body parts and get a little fat burning cardio in at the same time.

I had a lot of fun with both of these workouts and felt the burn when I was done. Fun and tough are hard to come by so grab both these workouts and have fun getting fit!
