I'm sure you've all noticed I've been a little ADD with my workouts lately. I actually do these workouts then post my review here on the blog. Thank you Netflix for indulging me in my workout schizophrenia:) Because I need to start a consistent workout regime, I broke down and made a purchase for myself this year. I purchased ChaLean Extreme from Beachbody. I used the P90X system with much success so I thought I'd try the "girly" version. I am so excited because I think I'll get it before Christmas:) I will let you know what I think when it arrives and show you before and after pictures over the next 90 days. Stay tuned!
