Me and my Boys- Working Out as a Family

I think it is so important to get your kids involved in fitness at a young age. It's best that activity is a habit from the very beginning. My husband and I take our boys and hike up a big mountain that is near our home. We go on this hike often but I have to tell you how much easier it was now that I've lost 30 lbs. It used to take me an hour and a half to get to the top and now I can do it with my boys in a little less than an hour. I set a goal and I not only met it, I exceeded it, yippee!!!!


Yes I have a husband, and yes he went with us, he is NOT a picture on the computer type so I left him out : )

Your kids are adorable and your weightloss dear Nicole is soooo noticeable just even in your face. Congrats!!!!!!!!!! All that hard work is paying off!!! And the bonus is not only your health but an easier hike! Woo hoo! Thx for the choco donut hole comment eaarlier tonite, too. I was on a 4 mile walk w/ lil one in stroller reading it one handed from my crackberry LOL
