I think it is so important to get your kids involved in fitness at a young age. It's best that activity is a habit from the very beginning. My husband and I take our boys and hike up a big mountain that is near our home. We go on this hike often but I have to tell you how much easier it was now that I've lost 30 lbs. It used to take me an hour and a half to get to the top and now I can do it with my boys in a little less than an hour. I set a goal and I not only met it, I exceeded it, yippee!!!!
Yes I have a husband, and yes he went with us, he is NOT a picture on the computer type so I left him out : )
