Sorry I've Been MIA!

Life is going by at a hundred miles an hour lately! I have had many a post run through my head but have yet to sit down and write them. Three boys and a hard working hubby will do that to you : ) I will be putting the pen to the paper, so to speak, soon! If you have anything you really need info on or if you have favorite subjects you want to hear about, let me know. I miss you all, thanks for reading!

I have to say, I haven't blogged because my life is going at 100 miles and hour and I have NO thoughts on what to blog on at all...
I wish I did!

I hope the cyclone will settle down soon!

Last month I left a comment here...I was so frustrated with my eating and felt like I was never going to be healthy again. I just had to let you know that I am in a much better place now! My husband and I have been clean eating, really watching our calories and feel AWESOME! I have lost 9 pounds so far and Dave has lost nearly 18!!!

we were thinking the same thing on Tuesday! haha :) i would love to read a post about what goes into your planning for a month of workouts or a week of meals. ie. do you spend an hour each week/month devoted to planning, get ideas from recipe books/blogs, etc.?
