Workout Journal

I started my new program, STS, last Monday and I am thoroughly enjoying it. My legs are so sore that it's hard to sit, youch! This is week 2, only 12 to go:) Check it out here.

Monday- STS Chest, Shoulders & Biceps Disc#4
Wednesday- STS Back & Triceps Disc#5
Friday- STS Legs Disc #6
Saturday- Surf Yoga Soul
Sunday- Rest

I will be reviewing the Turbo Jam DVD's on Friday so stay tuned! I will also review STS on a monthly check-up basis. Thanks for checking in with me this week!
