STS Plyo Legs Update
Okay, so I just did Plyo Legs 26 and it was so awesome! It's a great cardio workout with lower body strength exercises weaved in.
I finished the entire STS program on July 4th but I slotted Plyo Legs in twice this week. Goodness sakes, what a difference losing 12 more lbs. made as far as my performance! The first time through STS I had only lost 11 lbs. by the time I started Mesocycle 3. I'm glad I kept notes on the weight I used and how I felt because it made it easy to compare my performance. I not only upped my weights but I didn't have to modify any of the exercises as I had back in June. I also didn't feel like I was going to pass out when I was finished.
It just made me realize how much harder my body was having to work carrying an extra 12 pounds. I can only imagine how much better it will be 5-10 lbs. from now! I hope this encourages any of you who have an extra 5, 10, 15 or even 30 lbs. like I did, to get it off! Your heart will thank you:)
