Can you feel it? Summer is slowly fading into fall and I am so excited! I love when the seasons change, it gives me a renewed excitement for life and my workouts. There's something about the onset of fall that makes me want to get up when it's still dark and workout. This may be because of the fact that I live in CA and the hot summer has gotten to my head:) Whatever the reason may be, I'm ready for a new challenge.
This fall I plan to do Insanity as I wrote about in my last post. I also want to do another rotation of P90X or Chalean Extreme. Either way, I have my work cut out for me!
I'm sure most of you have noticed by now that I work out solely at home. This will change next year when my youngest starts kindergarten. I LOVE my DVD programs as I have so many and I think it would be impossible for me to get bored:) The best part is that this time I have spent "practicing" at home has given me stellar form. I am excited to get my personal trainer's license within the next year and eventually finish a degree in kinesiology!
Now that you know what my future plans are I want to share with you the rotation I did in July/ August. I used an endurance/flexibility rotation. I love being able to make my rotations using Cathe's Workout Manager! Here it is:

Hi FF! Thanks for always commenting on my bloggie posts, so awesome to hear you chime in :)
I'd love to hear more about which personal trainer certification/plan you're going with. There are soooo many. Some good, some not. I have wanted to get mine, not sure in conjunction with my yoga certification if it really matters but yeah, I'd like to get it anyway b/c I love fitness! But I hate weights so I wonder if that would annoy me b/c that's not my dealio.
Anyway sorry to ramble, happy L Day weekend!
I rarely use workout DVD's but that will change when the weather get frigid. I can't even think about my daughter going to kindergarten! It's tough just to have her in a daycare while my babysitter is on maternity leave :)
It is tough letting them go when they start school. The good thing is that I've had practice with my two older sons:) I really love my workouts at home so I hope you will too!
You're awesome. It's very inspiring to read about your workouts. I'm not one to work out at home, but if the day comes, I'm diving into your blog for recommendations.
Cheers XOXO,
Kristen
I'm just catching my breathe reading that! Wow! Some day you need to have your own fitness DVD library!
