Workouts in Review: Insanity

Guess what?

Beachbody has a new program, Insanity! This is a cardio-based program and uses only your own body weight as resistance. If you are ready to move non-stop for 60 days, this program is for you. Imagine bootcamp on steroids! Yep, it's that tough. I have previewed several of the workouts and am ready to jump in and begin. I'm very curious about this program. Looking forward to seeing your reviews on it. Maybe after I get pregnant, after I have a baby, I can do something like that. I'm not one to do stuff in my home though... usually go to the gym for lifting and cardio. Keep us posted! :)

I guess the difference between p90 and insanity is one builds muscle more than the other?? Hmmm.. I think I will go with insanity.
