Look At What I Got Today!!!!
I patiently waited at the gate for my friendly UPS driver to show up. I waited for 6 hours! ; ) Hey, I was excited, I have been waiting for Cathe's Shock Cardio series for the last 6 months. I pre-ordered them before they were even filmed so I was anxious for sure! I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I'll let you know. HERE is a link to some of the video clips.

oh wow. I hadn't really seen any Cathe vid's but after watching those clips on youtube I MUST HAVE THEM!!! all of them- every last video she's done. I totally get why you're such a fan!!!
oh- and you might be happy to hear that you've inspired me to get my own step- I didn't think I had room for it but after seeing your post where you showed where you hid all of your workout gear around the house I realized I did have room. its going under and behind my loveseat.
its coming in the mail today with some step videos and I am SOOO excited!
YEAH!!!! I'm so excited for you Mindy! I'm getting ready to try out the Cardio Core Circuit right now! I'm going to review each of these so everyone can get an idea of which ones are best for them. I agree that everyone should have her DVD's!!!!
