    Hi Nicole,

    I just found your blog, keep the good work.

    I am trying to go vegan, but I am having a hard time, I love food.

    The little work out I do, I do it at home. We have a nice complete basement and my husband set up a nice workout room for us. I just need more motivation to use it.
